Tuck holds 3 formals each year, sprinkling some reason to don fresh makeup and heels in this land of snowboots and down/fleece/wool wear. These formals have taken us to faraway resorts, museums in town, and tents during the warmer months. Last weekend, however, we attended an on-campus formal; taking place in Raether Hall, site of many Tuck events.
Me + Kellie.
She was in Jamie's first study group and we've become fast friends.
It kind of had the feeling of prom in a high school gym in all the positive ways: knowing exactly where the bathroom is, short commute, giving off the strong feeling of ownership and a sense of belonging. We had such a great time. While we still have 5 more months here, I'm already missing this place.
Here are a few photos from the night:
Awesome band, but check out that guy in the blue shirt.
He's like, "oh shoot, I kinda forgot my instrument...."
These boys are fun.
So are these boys.
Huge turnout for an on-campus formal.
Anne (T'11) lives in Minnesota while her husband Collin (T'12) finishes his 2nd year.
We like them.
I make funny faces.
We have one more formal left in May!

How fun to get to relive prom with your hubbie bubbie! And you look absolutely GORGEOUS! What a fun way to break up the cold months.
you and that dress are amazing
i like your funny faces, they make me smile.
it's totally like prom....except no awkward, acne-affected teenage boys. Oh, and wine! Looks way more fun. And yes, I love that dress on you too.
i love your dress! where is it from?!
i love my friends.
(and katherine, it's a BCBG dress from like....5 or six years ago.)
