Candle + Hairdryer = Fail.

You know when you burn a candle all wrong (for tips, click here) and you're left with a huge amount of wasted wax, 1/2 of the candle rendered unusable? It's super frustrating, but thanks to the Costanzos, something I hadn't had to deal with for quite some time. "Make sure to train your candles, Leslie. You have to dedicate time to it, otherwise it's just a huge waste of money." Yup, I got it.

And then I messed up. Had to run unexpectedly out of the house before all the wax melted to the sides of the container and I live with someone who would rather eat poop than walk into his house with a candle left burning so I knew I had to blow it out prematurely. *le sigh*

But just as all seemed lost, the next day I was patting myself on the back for thinking I had outsmarted the thing with a brilliant plan! Just melt the wax with a hairdryer on low and start all over again! It HAD to work!

The dryer was set on low and propped with the soap.
Things were going well when I had to walk away for a minute.
Bad News.

FAIL.

The wax got all up in the faucet. Little speckles of pumpkin wax all over the bathroom.
ALL over.
It took a good long while to clean up the disaster.

Yup. You should see what happens when I'm craving toast while taking a bath.

I almost spit my coffee out I'm laughing so hard! All I could think was "Oh man, don't tell Melissa!" Oh well, at least your bathroom will smell nice and pumpkiny for awhile...
