you DID comment on my post, b/c i got the email about it.... weird. i got so hurt b/c i was using those clip-in pedals and couldnt get my foot out at times. and it SUCKED. i have this HUGE bruise on my knee and butt. also mtb= mountain biking. also i dont remember what else.
