Over the weekend, we were blasted by the first snowfall of the year! Impact on the kantaharas has been minimal and we've surprised ourselves with how easily we've been able to transition into the cold weather this time around. Check back again when we drop to below zero, but it seems so much easier now that we know what to expect. Here are some photos from the area over the weekend that I've snagged from our friends:

connecticut is a mess right now beacause of this storm system-depending on which part of the state you are in, 6-18 inches. 850K people without power still! schools closed, etc. my grandparents had to move in with my aunt temporily in the next town over because they've been without power for a few days now...crazy!
